Cancellation & Refund Policy
CollectACouple believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order on the same day. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of preparing them.
- Refunds for cancellations will be initiated the same day when the order is immediately cancelled. It will take 7-10 business days for the refunded amount to be reflected.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team at info@collectacouple.com.
This should be reported the same day of receipt of the products and to authenticate the same, we will require an unboxing video along with images of the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. - Refund or replacement will only be considered once the Customer Service Team has authenticated the customer's complaint for the damaged or defective product. If satisfactory, the replacement will take 10-15 working days. In case the customer does not want a replacement and would rather seek a refund, the refund will take 7-10 business days from the day it is initiated. In the case of the T-Shirt or Hoodie being of incorrect size, we will grant you a replacement of the correct size, however the return shipping cost (based on actuals) will have to be incurred by the customer. Once we receive the returned T-Shirt/Hoodie, we will dispatch the same product in the new requested size, this will only be done once per product and new sized product shipping cost will be incurred by us.
- All sales are considered final. CollectACouple does not offer returns or exchanges for any of the products sold by us unless the above points are met.
